Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about protecting their financial future
- Help clients choose insurance and financial solutions that fit their unique needs
- Work exclusively with warm, exclusive leads— no cold calling
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
- Grow your own business while helping develop future leaders within the agency
Skills
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we'll help you)
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
