It is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to evaluate and improve AI through retail operations, sales management, and customer service expertise by designing scenarios, writing structured responses, and assessing AI-generated outputs.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in retail operations, sales management, and customer service
- These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, enhance sales performance, and optimize store operations
- Design and solve real-world retail and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write clear, structured responses covering sales strategies, team management, merchandising, and conflict resolution
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, Sales Lead, or Store Manager
- Strong understanding of sales management, customer service standards, and performance metrics
- Experience leading sales teams and managing daily store operations
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
