Remote Rideshare and UM/UIM Associate Attorney This role is critical in providing legal expertise in rideshare and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense litigation. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload while collaborating closely with partners and clients. This position demands strong organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively. Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE Remote Rideshare And UM/UIM Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to 1-2 partners, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Manage a caseload of 8-30 cases, maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Conduct client interactions and court appearances as required.
- Handle all aspects of case management from inception to resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, as well as take and defend depositions.
Remote Rideshare And UM/UIM Associate Attorney Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in rideshare and UM/UIM defense litigation.
- 2-3 years of experience in drafting and arguing motions and taking/defending depositions preferred.
- Must be barred in California.
