Recent hail activity has created new opportunities in a market historically less affected by significant hailstorms. Combined with year-round wind-related roofing claims, we are expanding our insurance restoration operations. We are recruiting experienced professionals from Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and other established Texas storm restoration markets to bring specialized claims knowledge to our growing El Paso operation. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced property insurance claims professional to remotely coordinate roofing insurance claims, prepare supporting documentation, communicate with adjusters, request reinspections, and manage claim follow-ups. Our El Paso field team provides inspections, photographs, measurements, storm reports, and supporting documentation. Your responsibility is to use that information to help move legitimate, well-documented roofing claims toward appropriate scope approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review insurance estimates and supporting storm damage documentation.
• Identify missing roofing line items and scope discrepancies.
• Prepare technical correspondence requesting reinspections, supplemental reviews, and estimate revisions.
• Communicate with adjusters regarding roofing documentation and repair scope.
• Support full roof replacement requests when warranted by documented damage.
• Track pending claims, adjuster responses, and supplemental requests.
• Maintain accurate claim records in JobNimbus CRM.
• Coordinate with our field team for additional documentation.
• Prepare Xactimate estimates when qualified (optional and separately compensated).

Claims Volume & Support

• Current and projected intake: approximately 10–25 new claims per week.
• The company provides field inspections, photographs, storm reports, and supporting documentation.
• As the claims workload reaches capacity, Invicta Roofing will provide a virtual assistant to assist with administrative tasks, follow-ups, scheduling, and document organization.
• The specialist will remain responsible for technical claim coordination, documentation quality, and communication with insurance adjusters.

Performance Expectations Success will be evaluated based on:

• Ability to support appropriate approvals for valid, well-documented roofing claims.
• Effectiveness of technical documentation and supplemental scope requests.
• Progression of claims through carrier review and reinspection processes.
• Consistent follow-ups and timely communication.
• Accurate claim tracking and file management.

Performance evaluations will account for policy provisions, carrier decisions, and other factors outside the employee's control.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with residential property insurance claims, particularly wind and hail.
• Understanding of roofing restoration, estimates, and supplements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active claim files.
• Strong organizational skills and accountability.

Preferred, Not Required:

• Xactimate proficiency.
• Experience supporting Texas roofing restoration contractors.
• Knowledge of roofing codes and manufacturer installation requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Days 1–30: $600/week — paid training.
• Days 31–90: $800/week — probationary period.
• Day 91 onward: $900/week following a successful performance review.
• Performance Bonuses: Additional compensation based on documented claim progress, justified scope approvals, and established performance metrics.
• Xactimate Incentives: Separate compensation for completed, accurate, company-approved estimates.
• Medical Insurance: Eligibility after 90 days, subject to plan terms.
• Additional Support: An assistant will be provided as claim volume reaches operational capacity.

All insurance-related responsibilities must comply with applicable Texas laws. This role does not involve acting as a public adjuster or negotiating insurance settlements.
