[Remote] Sales and Marketing Assistant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SearchLogic Recruiting LLC is recruiting for an unnamed manufacturer of packaging solutions. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will conduct market research, manage email marketing campaigns, and support the sales team in reaching potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Writing engaging text (copy) and designing layouts for newsletters, sales alerts, and email messages
• List Management: Organizing email subscriber lists and grouping audiences so messages reach the right people
• Campaign Execution: Scheduling and sending automated or one-time emails using software tools
• Support the sales team by answering questions and providing backup as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
• Ability to stay efficient and composed under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing or Communications Degree preferred
