About Superhost USA Superhost USA is a growing short-term rental management company operating in San Diego and New Orleans and expanding into new markets. We manage Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com properties for owners who want professional, hands-off income from their real estate. Our team handles listing optimization, dynamic pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and compliance. We are hiring professional closers to bring more property owners into our portfolio The Opportunity This is a fully remote, 1099 role built for closers who want stability while they ramp and real upside once they do. You start with a monthly draw so you can focus on building your pipeline, and every property you sign adds to a residual income that pays you every month.

Compensation

• $1,500/month non-recoverable draw for your first 60 days, yours to keep while you build your pipeline
• $500 cash bonus for every property you sign, paid once it is onboarded and live
• 5% residual revenue share on management fees for every property you bring on, paid monthly for as long as the property stays under management and you remain on the team
• 10% commission on add-on services you sell, including professional photography and STR licensing and compliance
• Owners with multiple properties multiply your bonus and residual on a single deal
• No cap on earnings, no territory restrictions, no lead limits

Example: a closer signing 4 properties a month earns $2,000 a month in signing bonuses alone, and by month 12 is collecting residuals on roughly 48 properties. What We Provide

Your role is to close. We handle onboarding, operations, and owner success. Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced closers with a background in high-ticket sales, real estate, financial services, or property management
• Confident on camera. All owner consultations and closing calls happen on Zoom
• Self-starters who stay disciplined and consistent without daily oversight
• Professionals who understand that follow-up is what separates top earners from everyone else

Preferred but not required:

• An existing network of real estate investors, agents, or property owners
• Experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management
