[Remote] Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zenlaw is a company shaping the future of contract automation. The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified sales opportunities, create outbound campaigns, engage prospects, improve the sales process, and provide customer-focused feedback across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities
• Own the creation of effective outbound campaigns
• Conduct a high volume of calls with prospects to assess their processes and problems, while pitching Zenlaw's value proposition
• Improve our sales process continuously
• Function as a customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how Zenlaw can better serve our customers through cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Engineering

Skills

• You must be naturally curious, motivated, methodical, an effective communicator, and comfortable in a fast-paced organization
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Sales/Business Development Representative
• Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to details
• Expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Capability to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated spirit
• Willingness to ask questions and seek assistance
• Outstanding time management skills
• You easily communicate ideas, implement them, and take responsibility for your actions
• Sharing knowledge with your colleagues is on top of your priorities
