[Remote] Sales Manager- Rail

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eddyfi Technologies is hiring a Sales Manager to grow revenue for its Remote Monitoring Solutions in the rail industry. The role leads customer acquisition, strategic account development, and the full sales cycle, while positioning monitoring products, software, and services for customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across North American markets
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, rail, tunnelling, mining, and geohazard monitoring
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales tailored to client needs. Translate customer requirements into tailored monitoring solutions and commercial proposals
• Support proposals, system design concepts, and technical presentations
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners
• Support key accounts and strategic opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams
• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting through Salesforce
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager for your region

Skills

• You have a proven experience in Geotechnical technical sales or business development
• You have a background in geotechnical instrumentation, monitoring, or infrastructure- MUST
• You are experienced with solution-based sales in complex technical environments
• You have a Strong commercial drive combined with solid technical understanding of Geotechnical Products
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You have a strong ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial audiences
• You are familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• You are used to working independently in a remote role
• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or a related field is preferred
