The Sales Representative handles customer calls, explains electric bikes, arranges appointments and deliveries, addresses concerns, and converts prospective customers into clients.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients

Skills

• Native/Fluent Spanish speaker
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
