Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Renovation Brands is a company focused on creating design-rich home improvement product offerings via Ecommerce. They are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist who will engage with qualified leads to guide customers through the design and purchasing process, utilizing strong communication skills and sales expertise in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers in a 100% remote capacity via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand their project needs and guide them through the design and purchasing process
- Sell effectively, close customer orders, and consistently exceed sales goals
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and texts to new and existing customers
- Work qualified leads provided by the company; no cold calling required
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Produce accurate, high-quality designs from customer sketches using 20/20 design software
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in CRM software, following designer SOP
Skills
- Excellent sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close and exceed sales goals in a high customer count environment
- Kitchen design software experience required, in one of the following: 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision
- CRM software experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
- A dedicated, distraction free remote workspace is required
- Reliable high-speed internet required
- Home improvement industry experience is a plus
