[Remote] Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is hiring a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer through a structured sales training program. The role prepares associates to originate reverse mortgage loans and advise retirees through customer interactions, with classroom training, coaching, and a 12-month development program.

Responsibilities

• You'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations
• You'll participate in weekly skill-building sessions, receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders, and apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions
• Our associates help retirees make confident, informed financial decisions, to improve their quality of life
• Build trust, ask thoughtful questions, listen with intention, and serve as trusted advisors through one of the most important financial decisions their clients will make

Skills

• If you have a proven track record of success in sales
• We especially encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply
