- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical architecture
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
Skills
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Strong experience in SFMC architecture design and end-to-end solution designing
- Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions, and SFMC integrations
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and optimized marketing automation solutions
- Strong understanding of data architecture, API integrations, and SFMC best practices
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical architecture
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
