Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KMM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master with a strong data analytics background and healthcare experience. The role leads Agile delivery, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams, removes impediments, and uses data to identify trends and improve software product development throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum ceremonies are productive and focused
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
- Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and self-organization
- Partner with Product Owners to manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with product managers, software delivery teams, data analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Use data analytics to track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and sprint progress
- Analyze delivery and product data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that influence product and delivery decisions
- Remove blockers and impediments that affect team productivity and delivery
- Support continuous improvement throughout the software product lifecycle, from planning and development through delivery and future iterations
- Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions
- Promote a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture
- Help the organization adopt and mature Agile best practices
Skills
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in data analysis or a strong Data Analytics background
- Experience collaborating with product managers, software delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in software product development environments and NOT Delivery
- Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience working with data products, analytics platforms, or cloud-based data solutions
- Ability to influence and drive change across teams
- Experience building Agile metrics dashboards and using data to improve team performance
