Responsibilities
- Create realistic coding tasks involving security vulnerabilities and backend bugs
- Review AI-generated fixes for security and performance
- Write reference solutions for new features and code refactors
- Document where the AI's work falls short and recommend practical improvements
Skills
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge in areas such as penetration testing, security audits, vulnerability assessment, secure software development lifecycles, and current threat landscapes
- Ability to build and improve complex codebases using Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++ or TypeScript, including debugging, performance work, backend development and codebase refactoring
- Fluent in English and clear written and spoken communication of complex technical findings
