[Remote] Security Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascension is a nonprofit Catholic health system. The Security Program Manager leads end-to-end program lifecycles across Security, translating strategic objectives into integrated initiatives and overseeing performance, risks, executive deliverables, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles by designing comprehensive program plans, providing operational support via tools and processes, and measuring outcomes across Security
• Partner with leadership and bridge cross-functional departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives that directly advance Security goals
• Oversee project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and provide targeted administrative support to ensure high-priority initiatives succeed
• Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, providing proactive support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust among team members
• Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables while continuously innovating and improving operational processes

Skills

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
