Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to support data-driven analytics and engineering initiatives. The role focuses on building and optimizing SQL- and Snowflake-based data pipelines, implementing Airflow orchestration and data modeling, and supporting analytics in regulated financial crime domains.
Skills
- 4+ years of strong experience with Apache Airflow, SQL, and Snowflake — top priority
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar data-heavy roles
- Advanced SQL skills including complex transformations, optimization, and data quality checks
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration
- Strong Python skills for automation and data pipelines
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and modern data warehouse/lakehouse environments
- Strong communication, ownership, and ability to work across teams in a regulated environment
- Ability to responsibly leverage Generative AI/coding copilots in daily workflows
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools is a plus
- Experience in AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, fraud, KYC/EDD, sanctions, or investigations is highly preferred
- Domain experience in BSA/AML, Transaction Monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC/EDD, fraud, or investigations
- Familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks and modern warehouse/lakehouse patterns
- Experience with GitHub-based workflows, CI/CD for data, and data observability tools
- Experience building dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Superset (or equivalent)
- Applied statistics/experimentation, root-cause analysis, or detection performance measurement
- Interest in crypto, blockchain analytics, or on-chain/off-chain data integration
