Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Reddit is a community-driven platform built around shared interests, conversations, and online communities. The Senior Business Analyst will build and maintain analytical tooling and data infrastructure for the Large Customer Sales business, using SQL, BigQuery, ETL workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards to drive revenue strategy and performance. The role will also develop AI-ready analytics foundations and translate complex data insights into actionable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy
- Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers
- Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models
- Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
- 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases
- 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency
- Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry
