Remote Senior Claims Resolution Specialist, Bodily Injury

Conduct thorough and timely investigations of complex bodily injury claims. Evaluate claims based on policy coverage, contract language, and applicable laws. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and keeping customers updated on the status of their claims. Utilize expert knowledge and experience to accurately determine liability and damages. Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other insurance companies to reach fair and equitable resolutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications. Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively handle and resolve claims. Stay current on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to bodily injury claims. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and train junior claims resolution specialists. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, management, and external partners. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Work independently and in a remote setting, while still meeting or exceeding performance metrics. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
