[Remote] Senior Consultant – Treasury & System Implementation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Actualize Consulting is seeking Senior Consultants to lead client engagements and deliver strategic treasury solutions. The role focuses on leading treasury system implementation workstreams, developing recommendations, and driving change in clients’ treasury organizations.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work with top-tier clients across industries - multinationals, banks, and government entities on high-impact treasury issues like liquidity optimization, hedging strategies, and treasury centralization
• You're not just executing tasks, you’re leading workstreams, shaping recommendations, and driving change in treasury organizations
• From TMS implementations to cash visibility transformations, you influence decision-makers and see the tangible outcomes of your work
• We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Consultants to lead client engagements, deliver strategic treasury solutions, and drive meaningful change for clients
• Lead functional workstreams within Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations with software packages such as Kyriba, GTreasury, IT2, Reval, FIS Quantum or Integrity, SAP

Skills

• Lead functional workstreams within Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations with software packages such as Kyriba, GTreasury, IT2, Reval, FIS Quantum or Integrity, SAP
• 3 to 7 years of consulting experience in corporate treasury including:
• Cash Management
• Forecasting
• Risk
• Liquidity
• Payments
• Exposure and knowledge of financial instruments including:
• Investments - ABS, MBS, corporate bonds, municipal securities, money markets
• Debt – bonds, commercial paper
• Derivatives - commodity, credit, equity, foreign exchange and interest rate
• Funding - credit facilities, corporate debt and intercompany loans
• Process and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Client service oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics
• Experience in development technologies such as C#, C++; SQL (MS SQL Server); XML; VBA, Java
• Advanced Access / Excel functions
• CFA, CPA, or CTP certification is preferred
