Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is recruiting for an unnamed healthcare consulting and advisory business. The Senior Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for roles ranging from Associate Manager through Managing Director, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire talent across consulting, finance, healthcare, technology, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closing
- Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Recruit for consulting, strategy, performance improvement, finance, investment banking, healthcare, technology, and project management roles
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize Workday to manage recruiting activity and reporting
- Support onboarding, employment branding, and hiring process improvements
Skills
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for consulting firms, advisory organizations, or investment banking environments
- Strong passive candidate sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Experience recruiting senior-level and niche talent
- Workday experience
- Knowledge of healthcare software, supply chain or spend management
- Associate degree or bachelors (preferred)
- Prior agency recruiting experience
