[Remote] Senior Corporate Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 3 Bridge Networks is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting. The role also contributes to accounting operations, audit and compliance requests, process improvements, and special projects as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Assist with preparation of internal financial reporting and management analyses
• Support cash management, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting as needed
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and other internal teams to ensure accurate financial information and resolve issues
• Assist with annual audit, tax, and compliance-related requests
• Help improve accounting processes, reporting, internal controls, and documentation
• Participate in special projects and systems initiatives as the company grows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting, public accounting, or comparable experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and the close process
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with an ERP system
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative and proactive communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Public accounting experience and/or CPA progress
