NR Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to develop and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, reports, and predictive models that support strategic business decisions and growth. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, improving data quality, identifying trends, and mentoring junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance data analytics solutions, predictive models, dashboards, and workflows
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, data warehouse teams, and external vendors
- Enrich existing datasets using internal and third-party data sources
- Support data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and business growth
- Mentor analysts and promote data analytics adoption across the organization
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI administration
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and DAX
- Experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and dashboard development
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead projects, mentor analysts, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, and business requirements
- Experience using data and statistical analysis for process improvement and business decision-making
- Advanced degree preferred
