The healthcare workforce technology organization develops software supporting healthcare recruiting and workforce management operations nationwide. The Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain dbt transformation frameworks and use Snowflake, SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to support analytics, reporting, integrations, and business intelligence initiatives.

- 15% Data Modeling & Transformation Design
- 15% Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Support
- 10% Technical Planning & Process Improvement
Skills
- 6+ years of Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related experience
- 3+ years of hands-on dbt experience (required)
- Strong experience building and maintaining dbt projects from the ground up
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future
- Python
- Fivetran
- Power BI or other enterprise reporting platforms
- Cloud-native data platforms and tooling
- CI/CD practices for analytics engineering
