[Remote] Senior Director Business Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diebold Nixdorf is hiring a Senior Director of Business Operations to lead the Business Operations function and improve productivity and operational efficiency. The role drives process governance, enterprise-wide priorities, resource planning, and data-driven evaluation of operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership to the Business Operations function
• Engages with corporate leaders to ensure Business Operations efforts focus on high priority systems, processes, and organizational transformations with significant business impact
• Determines the optimal resource mix for effective delivery of enterprise-wide project priorities
• Establishes and manages business process governance structures designed to optimize productivity, fuel growth and enhance customer experience
• Develops deep, credible relationships with senior-level executives, both inside and outside current areas of responsibility
• Recognized as a trusted advisor internally and externally from a process analysis and improvement perspective
• Engages with senior-level stakeholders to define, clarify and resolve issues arising through project design, development, execution or implementation
• Ensures Business Operations' priorities and areas of focus evolve as the company's business evolves

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Typically has 12+ years of experience in Business Operations
• Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken)
