Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dataworks is recruiting for an unnamed, founder-led B2C SaaS company. The Senior Growth Product Manager will own product growth end-to-end, partnering with founders and engineers to identify, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives and experiments across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on owning growth end-to-end across the product
- You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to identify, prioritise, and execute on the biggest growth levers
- Pricing and packaging optimisation
- Improving onboarding and activation
- Reducing churn and reactivating users
- Driving product-led growth initiatives
- Building and running experiments across the funnel
- You’ll be deep in the product, working closely with engineering to ship changes that move the needle on core metrics
Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in growth PM roles
- Strong background in B2C SaaS
- Background working in an early-stage startup
- Proven experience working on the product side of growth
- Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
- Data-driven, but with strong product intuition
- Able to move quickly and operate with high ownership
- Experience in fintech, trading, or consumer analytics tools
- Background in subscription-based products
