[Remote] Senior Meta Media Buyer | E-Commerce Growth

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pop On Veneers is hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer to manage and optimize large-scale direct response advertising campaigns. The role focuses on day-to-day execution and monitoring of Meta ad accounts, campaign scaling and analysis, and sharing performance insights with media buying and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Launching and structuring campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
• Monitoring campaign performance closely throughout the day
• Assisting with scaling, budget allocation, and optimizations
• Identifying creative fatigue and performance shifts early
• Analyzing KPIs including CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, and hook rates
• Reporting insights and trends to the media buying and creative teams
• Helping maintain account organization, tracking accuracy, and operational consistency

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook ads experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Motion
• Strong understanding of direct response e-commerce advertising
• Familiarity with: • Advantage+ • ABO/CBO structures • Pixel/event tracking • Attribution models • Creative testing frameworks • Retargeting strategies • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills • Ability to spot performance issues quickly and think critically about solutions
