[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Fraud

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Seaglass Technology Partners is seeking a Fraud Product Management Consultant to support a client’s Health & Benefits platform. The role advises product teams on fraud prevention, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and consistent fraud controls across benefits administration and consumer-directed health products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for advising product teams on fraud prevention, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and implementing consistent fraud controls across benefits administration and consumer-directed health products

Skills

• 5+ years in Product Management, solution design, or fraud advisory (preferably in fraud, identity, payments, Consumer Directed Health, or fintech)
• Experience advising on fraud prevention, identity verification, and compliance requirements, and implementing controls in production
• Experience working with Product, UX, Architecture, Fraud Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders in Agile environments
• Understanding of account takeover, synthetic identity, new-account fraud, and debit card fraud (authorization, card-not-present, card testing, provisioning/tokenization)
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, webhooks, identity verification, device intelligence, behavioral signals, transaction monitoring, rules engines, risk-based/step-up authentication, and sanctions screening
• Ability to anticipate fraud tactics, identify vulnerabilities in complex and legacy systems, and make decisions with incomplete information
• Ability to balance fraud prevention, customer experience, and manual review costs
