The Senior Program Manager will lead complex IT and telecommunications programs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contract operations, and ensure delivery aligned with mission objectives and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of contract support activities across multiple projects and teams
- Lead technical professionals in automating and integrating information systems
- Coordinate day-to-day contract operations, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics are met
- Manage resource allocation, team performance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish and maintain effective corporate and contract management structures
- Analyze acquisition documentation and support milestone planning and execution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client engagement and stakeholder communication
Skills
- Public Trust or Secret/U.S.Citizen
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Project or Program Management certification (PMP or equivalent from an accredited institution)
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT and/or consulting
- Knowledge of federal IT acquisition processes and documentation standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
