Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Open Systems Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and govern multiple related projects and strategic initiatives. The role partners with executives on roadmaps, oversees project teams and enterprise risks, drives transformation and delivery consistency, and represents program status and recommendations to executive and board stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern multiple related projects or major strategic initiatives
- Partner with executives to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
- Provide oversight, guidance, and direction to Senior Project Managers and project teams
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, enterprise risks, and resource constraints
- Drive enterprise-wide delivery consistency, best practices, and capability maturity
- Lead large-scale business transformation or process reengineering initiatives
- Influence policy, tooling, and governance decisions within the VMO
- Represent project delivery status, risks, and recommendations at executive and board levels
- Champion change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of project and/or program management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of large programs, portfolios, or enterprise transformations
- Deep knowledge of financial services, technology, or comparable complex industries
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and leadership presence
- Strong program and project planning capabilities with the ability to facilitate and manage deliverables effectively
- Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently
- Experience within the wealth management industry
- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach, or equivalent
