Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A confidential healthcare client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a medical-device-as-a-service program initially focused on its Southern California market. The role partners with healthcare technology management leadership, sourcing, nursing, and other stakeholders to plan and execute the initiative, with possible expansion to additional markets.
Responsibilities
- This position will oversee and manage the program, which will largely be delivered by a 3rd party vendor under a purchase/extended warranty (medical device as a service) agreement
- The initial focus will be for the Southern California (SCAL) Market, with and possibility for expansion across all client markets over an approximately 24 month timeframe
- Sr. Project Manager will partner with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) leadership, Sourcing, Patient Care Services (Nursing), and other key stakeholders to build and execute this initiative
Skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams to implement new large scale business initiatives and strategies
- Experience managing overall program planning, crafting executive communication, enterprise stakeholder engagement, program coordination and change management
- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity to manage a large group of enterprise stakeholders to execute on highly visibility and high impact projects
- Proven ability to determine key business issues and develop effective action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives
- PMP or other PM related certification preferred
