[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Distribution Center Maintenance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CVS Health is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support distribution center maintenance and operations. The role manages critical equipment replacement projects, facility systems, material handling systems, regulatory compliance, capital investments, budgets, and operational engineering support across the network.

Responsibilities

• Project management of replacement to critical operations equipment
• Ensuring facility systems integrity
• Material handling systems design and implementation
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Prioritizing investments across the network
• Capital financial management
• Providing operational engineering support across the network
• Preparing subject specific budgets
• Control expenditures
• Overseeing adherence to company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner, with the Facility Services and DC Operations Teams, with an emphasis on communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relations management
• This candidate will also promote and reinforce safety, security awareness, and compliance among all associates

Skills

• 5-10 years' experience working in a project management capacity
• 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Background in material handling systems
• Background in facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure
• Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• PMP certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Ariba, Service Channels, PO Issuing Platforms, Smart Sheets, MS Projects
