Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bayforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help deliver a large-scale Service Modernization program targeting a May 2028 go-live. The role manages project delivery for the Organizational Change Management group, coordinating teams across value streams and delivery groups, tracking plans and risks, and supporting readiness and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Own RAID logs, action trackers, status updates, and executive reporting
- Coordinate business and technology teams across multiple interconnected workstreams
- Understand business processes, operational impacts, and implementation dependencies
- Facilitate meetings, resolve roadblocks, drive decisions, and hold teams accountable
- Support change management, business readiness, and implementation planning
- Identify risks early and escalate issues affecting the May 2028 launch
Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- PMP certification required
- Proven experience personally developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and reporting
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Office, and project planning tools
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technology teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Enterprise transformation or large-scale system implementations
- Banking or financial services
- OCM, operational readiness, or business process change
- MS Project, SharePoint, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods
