They are seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to execute tests, analyze data, and optimize ROI in paid search campaigns while managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute tests and analyze data to find reputed company and maximize search campaign ROI
- Track, report, and analyze website metrics and PPC campaign initiatives
- Oversee campaign spending, adhere to budgets, and project monthly costs
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for search engine marketing efforts
- Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Content, Product, and Sales
- Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members
Skills
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition strategies
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable building SEM reports and dashboards from complex data
- Rigorous approach to testing, using A/B and multivariate experimentation to drive decisions
- Sharp awareness of the latest search marketing trends and industry best practices
- Comfortable managing budgets, reconciling spend, and projecting costs with precision
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, partnering with Content, Product, and Sales
- Natural mentor, able to guide and develop junior team members
- SEM and eCommerce experience, successfully managing PPC across reputed company and Bing
- Agency experience handling multiple clients
- Extensive experience with data feeds, reputed company Ads Editor, and Performance Max campaigns
- Experience using analytics platforms such as reputed company Analytics, reputed company, reputed company, Looker, or Data reputed company
- Bachelor's or reputed company's degree in marketing or a quantitative field
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, required
