Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision Technologies is an IT and business consulting firm seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves developing backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integrations; troubleshooting production issues; supporting CI/CD and deployments; and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications
- Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and Microservices using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions
- Develop and integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and optimize application performance
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and secure code
- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps, Architects, and Product teams
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production releases
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain technical documentation
Skills
- H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC Only
- 6–10+ years of experience in Software Development
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Node.js
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps , or similar tools
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SDLC, Agile/Scrum , and software development practices
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of React, Angular, or other frontend technologies
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ , or other messaging technologies
- Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis , or other NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud-native and distributed application development
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
- Experience working with enterprise applications in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or Technology domains
