Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sabot Consulting is a management consulting company providing technical and management consulting to IT executives and managers. The company is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to support a recently implemented state pension administration system through test planning, defect management, requirements activities, system and user acceptance testing, and related testing deliverables.

Skills
- 10+ years working as a Test Analyst with large organizations, leading or participating in technical implementation or modernization of legacy applications
- Coordinating with business, functional, and technical testers to establish test execution goals and objectives
- Defect management, including validation, follow-up, solution verification, and escalation actions for defects
- Producing test execution and defect metrics, including burndown charts and trends
- 10+ years reviewing, developing, and/or providing input to project deliverables/artifacts
- 8+ years using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JAMA to document functional/non-functional requirements, design specifications, test cases and defects, and provide full project traceability
- 8+ years with large databases, including hands-on experience using and writing SQL queries to find data for testing applications or interfaces
- Experience as a Test Analyst with a public pension system
- Experience as a Test Analyst leading or participating in the technical implementation of pension/retirement-related software development projects
- 5+ designing, developing, and performing testing using automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and ROBOT Framework
