Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Headway Tek Inc is seeking a Siemens Teamcenter PLM Project Manager to lead end-to-end PLM program delivery. The role oversees project governance, cross-functional execution, process alignment, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollout of Teamcenter solutions
- Drive project planning and governance – manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, system integrators) for successful delivery
- Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development/configuration teams
- Manage risks, issues, and change control processes ensuring timely mitigation and project stability
- Drive PLM process alignment (BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Product Data Management) across business units
- Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare ensuring smooth go-live and user adoption
- Establish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, schedule, and resource utilization
- Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting (steering committees, status updates, dashboards)
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize PLM value realization
