[Remote] Signage Project Manager III

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Identiti is a national provider of custom signage, branded environments, and facilities maintenance services. The Project Manager III leads multiple high-value or complex signage programs, oversees financial and operational performance, manages client relationships, resolves escalations, mentors project staff, and drives process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee multiple high-value and/or complex projects and shared accounts, ensuring alignment with contractual, financial, and operational objectives
• Portfolio size of approximately $1 million-$1.5 million+ annually
• Balance tactical project execution with program-level awareness to support overall account health and delivery consistency
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Project Manager I and II team members within shared accounts
• Provide guidance and resolution support for complex issues related to scope, schedule, budget, or client expectations
• Lead client status calls and strategic planning sessions as appropriate, with oversight and partnership from the Program Manager
• Maintain strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to long-term account strategy and retention
• Review and evaluate project budgets, forecasts, and actuals to ensure financial health, margin protection, and revenue accuracy
• Identify financial risks and variances and collaborate with Program Managers to implement corrective actions
• Provide mentorship, professional guidance, and workload support to Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Support team development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and reinforcement of best practices
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across project delivery
• Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and operational insights across programs
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers on capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery optimization across assigned programs
• Support proactive workload balancing to ensure sustainable execution and high service levels
• Demonstrate advanced financial, client, and operational leadership, serving as a role model for project management excellence
• Uphold Identiti service standards through accountability, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Skills

• Direct experience in the Signage industry is required
• 5-7 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
