Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ICONMA is recruiting for an IT Services and Consulting client seeking a Slack Platform & AI Integration Engineer / Slack App Developer. The role focuses on automating workflows, integrating Slack with APIs and enterprise tools, developing Slack applications and bots, and connecting Slack to AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Workflow automation - Automating approvals, Connecting business processes, Creating custom workflow steps
- API integration - Slack Web API, Events API, webhooks
- AI integration - Connecting LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, RAG, Agentic workflows
- For other integration work, knowledge on Node JS/Python/Java will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in Integrating Slack with SF-CRM , Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc
- Primary skillset needed is Slack, and nice-to-have skillset is Salesforce-CRM (Slack is Must-have skill)
