[Remote] Social Media & NIL Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Electro is hiring a Social Media & NIL Intern to identify and recruit NIL athletes and manage athlete outreach. The intern will support athlete partnerships through daily communication, relationship management, and organized pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Send personalized messages and emails to NIL athletes about partnership opportunities
• Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Maintain regular contact with current athlete partners to support engagement
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines

Skills

• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided)
• Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences
• Current or former college athletes, or candidates with NIL experience, are encouraged to apply
