[Remote] Social Media & NIL Partnerships Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Electro is hiring a Social Media & NIL Partnerships Intern to identify and recruit NIL athletes, manage outreach, and organize its athlete pipeline. The role supports athlete communication, partnership tracking, and research into NIL trends and athlete audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use
• Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Review inbound athlete applications and route qualified candidates to the team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records
• Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results

Skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts
• Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences
• Current or former college athletes, or candidates with NIL experience, are encouraged to apply
