[Remote] Software Development Specialist

The Software Development Specialist will design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support software applications and solutions while analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and solutions
• Develop, enhance, and maintain software used to support business operations and products
• Write, test, debug, and document code to ensure reliability and performance
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to software solution design
• Research technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Evaluate and incorporate data into software development initiatives
• Support application troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution activities
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Assist with process improvements that enhance software quality, efficiency, and delivery
• Contribute to software development standards, best practices, and documentation
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
