Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CMM CoverMyMeds LLC is hiring a software engineer for its FastAuth team. The role develops and supports full-stack applications and cloud-based, event-driven integrations that help move specialty prescriptions through prior authorization faster.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET
- Help implement Azure cloud solutions alongside senior engineers and architects
- Help build and maintain our event-driven architecture
- Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions
- Take an active part in code review and pairing, both giving and acting on feedback
- Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence
- Support what you build in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews
- Leverage AI tools in your day-to-day development workflow
Skills
- Degree or equivalent experience, plus typically 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- 3+ years building and shipping production software applications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture concepts
- A track record of using AI tools effectively in your day-to-day development workflow
- Ability to own well-scoped work from refinement to production, and to raise questions early when requirements are unclear
- Consistent follow-through on commitments and a bias toward finishing work
- Collaborative approach to software development and problem solving
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as the product does
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role presently, or in the future
- Healthcare applications, particularly EHR integrations
- RPA technology
- FHIR standard, SMART on FHIR integrations, and healthcare data exchange
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or another event streaming platform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Contributions to open source projects or developer communities
