The role supports employee and provider compensation programs, develops pay practices, ensures legal compliance, and collaborates across HR functions while leading projects.
Responsibilities
- Assists in managing and implementing employee and provider pay programs in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
- Supports the development and recommendation of pay practices and policies based on market and economic conditions
- Collaborates with HR teams, including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS, to align compensation initiatives with organizational goals
- Ensures adherence to applicable federal and state employment laws related to compensation and wage laws
- Contributes to the success of the compensation function through experience-based judgment and proactive project leadership
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Four or more years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role
- Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across multiple HR functions
- Strong understanding of compliance with federal and state employment laws
