[Remote] Sr. Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a remote contract role associated with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The analyst will develop interactive dashboards, support reporting across multiple business areas, collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams, and transform stakeholder needs into accurate, actionable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive Tableau dashboards that translate business data into clear, useful insights for stakeholders
• Support reporting activities covering commercial performance, workforce compensation, digital content, and audience engagement
• Coordinate with data engineering and business intelligence professionals to align reporting outputs with trusted data sources
• Analyze business needs and convert stakeholder requests into practical visualization and reporting solutions
• Maintain dashboard quality, data accuracy, and usability while helping streamline recurring reporting processes

Skills

• Three to four years of professional experience designing and developing dashboards in Tableau
• Two to three years of hands on development experience using Looker for business intelligence reporting
• Two to three years of experience writing SQL queries to retrieve, evaluate, and organize data
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams and business partners on reporting and analytics needs
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
