[Remote] Sr Financial Analyst - LHB

Luminare Health is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The role partners with business leaders and functional departments to develop models, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights for strategic decisions. It also maintains forecasts, supports budgeting, develops management reporting, and improves financial planning tools, processes, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities
• This role partners closely with business leaders and functional departments to develop financial models, monitor performance against plans, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
• The position is responsible for maintaining financial forecasts, supporting annual budgeting processes, developing management reporting, and driving continuous improvements in financial planning tools, processes, and analytics

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization
• Demonstrated success in financial operations management and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CPA a plus
• Experience working with multiple technology platforms a plus
