[Remote] Sr Icertis Administrator

Smart IT Frame is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Senior Icertis Administrator to own administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and support of its Icertis Contract Intelligence platform. The role partners with business and IT teams to improve contract lifecycle processes and lead platform enhancements, automation, support, reporting, integrations, and release management.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Icertis Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and support of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role serves as the technical and functional owner of the CLM environment, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure contract lifecycle management processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
• The individual will lead platform enhancements, workflow automation, user support, reporting, integrations, system governance, and release management while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Process Expertise
• Stakeholder Management & Solution Design
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
• 3+ years of hands-on Icertis administration and configuration experience
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, clauses, forms, reports, and security models
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
