Procurement Sciences AI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and development of its AI-driven platform for the government contracting sector. The role includes integrating AI technologies, managing product planning and execution, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating cross-functional product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market needs
- Utilize deep understanding of government contracting processes, including RFPs, to tailor our platform’s offerings to the unique needs of this sector
- Work closely with the AI research team to identify and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our products, maintaining our competitive advantage
- Employ agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage the product development lifecycle efficiently, from conception to launch
- Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product enhancements
- Prioritize product features and roadmap items based on impact, aligning resources to deliver high-value updates promptly
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product rollouts and adoption
Skills
- 6+ years with a proven track record as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
- Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs
- Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira for product planning and execution
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship
- Ideally within the government contracting space
- Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment
- Knowledge of the latest trends in AI and machine learning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
