The role involves leading complex system implementation, influencing architecture and modernization, mentoring engineers, supporting production reliability, and collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of complex software systems and services
- Influence architecture and modernization initiatives
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Support operational excellence and production reliability
- Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
- Strong backend and frontend engineering experience
- Experience with cloud-native application development
- Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
- Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
