Fruition Group US is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build complex real-time distributed systems supporting large-scale autonomous platforms. The role focuses on high-throughput telemetry, event-driven architectures, command and control, intermittent connectivity, fault tolerance, scalable backend infrastructure, and technical leadership.
Responsibilities

- Architecture, technical leadership & end-to-end ownership
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong distributed systems/backend experience
- Proven production experience with reliability, performance & scale
- Experience with real-time or event-driven systems
- Strong software architecture skills
- US citizenship is mandatory and non-negotiable due to the nature of the work and applicable US government regulations
- Experience with messaging/streaming, telemetry or geospatial systems is a plus
