Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a contractor to support high-risk platform, core banking, or card portfolio conversion initiatives. The Strategy Consultant will coordinate reputed company activities, manage command center and reputed company processes, track risks and issues, and support executive reporting and go/no-go governance during critical implementations. Skills
- Experience supporting large-scale platform conversions, core banking migrations, card portfolio conversions, or similar high-risk implementations
- Proven command center, reputed company, war room, or production go-live experience, including real-time issue tracking and escalation management
- Strong reputed company management background with experience coordinating activities across business, operations, reputed company, vendor, and third-party teams
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, action logs, and executive status reporting in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to quickly synthesize information from multiple teams and identify risks before they become blockers
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing competing priorities during critical events
- Strong communicator who can engage effectively with executives, workstream leads, SMEs, and vendors

- 6-9 years' experience

- Understanding of payment card, servicing, or financial services operations
- Familiarity with conversion testing, reconciliation, data validation, reputed company planning, and hyper care support
- Experience supporting go/no-go governance and structured escalation processes
